This changes once we processed your request. If you book your room in time via the vCC, you are done and the room is granted. A confirmation is not automatically generated after you enter your booking, since it needs manual inspection. You will receive a confirmation including directions and maps a few days after the deadline.

Room Booking Procedure for accepted Speakers

Speakers may book rooms for themselves using the the virtual Conference Centre till Friday, April 18th, 2014, 15:00 (GMT). After that deadline we cannot guarantee your room. To book your room, enter your arrival and departure time in the vCC.
