9.-11. June Team Relay
There will be a team relay event (5x5km) through the Tiergarten park. In 2009, more than 20,000 people participated. The races will take place in the late afternoon/early evening on a 5km route through the park. For details, check out the official announcement

BVG Discounts

The Berlin Public Transport (BVG) offers these kinds of tickets:
- single rides (2.10euro)
- day tickets (6.10euros)
- three day tickets (ca 20euros)
- week tickets (ca 26euros)
four single day tickets cost 24.40euros - just a ride short of a week ticket. so - if you should stay five days or more then we advise you to get a week ticket.
even when you only stay four days then a week ticket only costs two more euros. you might give it your ticket to someone who stays longer... it's a nice gift. :-)
