We have a contingency of complimentary rooms reserved. These are limited and depend on conditions outlined in the [[vp:Call_for_Papers|Call for Papers]]. To be eligible, drop us a note in the comment field of the vCC booking form, explaining your situation. Don't mind the form initially stating "LinuxTag covers 0 EUR, you pay all the rest". This changes once we processed your request. If you book your room in time via the vCC, you are done and the room is granted. A confirmation is not automatically generated after you enter your booking, since it needs manual inspection. You will receive a confirmation including directions and maps a few days after the deadline.

You are invited to stay at the conference hotel even without a scholarship from LinuxTag e.V., but have to pay for it in that case. We appreciate if you ask your employer or any other sponsor to pay for your hotel room. That enables us to support speakers with no supporting organization as LinuxTag's travel budget is limited.
