Revision as of 13:40, 14 April 2008

This year's keysigning party will be organized by Karlheinz Geyer. As usual there will be a Keysigningparty at the upcoming LinuxTag in Berlin. If you want to take part, here is what you have to do.

1) Generate a GPG/PGP key if you dont have one already.

2) Send this key to e. g. subkeys.pgp.net:

         gpg --keyserver subkeys.pgp.net --send-key KEYID

You are allowed to submit more than one key of course!

3) Get your key attached to the LinuxTag-Keyring not later than Saturday, May 24th. with:

         gpg --keyserver hkp://lt2k8-ksp.ftbfs.de --send KEYID

4) Check that your submission was successful, read:

         http://lt2k8-ksp.ftbfs.de/ksp-lt2k8.txt

Please allow 15-30 minutes for updating the files.

5) Check that your passpord/ID-Card is still valid!

Questions/trouble? Send an email to <strengATftbfs.de> Looking forward meeting you at this years LinuxTag in Berlin.
